Mahindra’s entry level offering, the KUV100 NxTalso goes under the knife for some changes keeping with the ongpoing trend in the market. It as decided to offer it at  an introductory price of Rs 4.39 lakh for petrol and Rs 5.39 lakh for the diesel version.

Mahindra is focusing and marketing the product by using ‘More’ in everything that they have changed/improved.

Exterior an Styling

There are some minor but noticable changes made to the exterior of the vehicle.

The bumper gets a new design with a new grille and bumper, making the KUV100 look ‘More’ SUV like.

The sides of the vehicle have all new cladding and a newly designed set of 15-inch alloy wheels. The rear, changes include clear glass tail lamps and a new rear bumper with a  skid plate making the overall appearance ‘More’ Rugged.

Interiors and Comfort/Convienience features

The all new KUV100 NxT offers All Black interiors which makes it look ‘More’ Sporty. The highlight is the new 7-inch Touchscreen Infortainment System which comes with standards like Bluetooth, AUX, and navigation as part of the package.

Mahindra still looses on the fact that the system does not offer Apple CarPlay, Android Auto or Mirror Link which are quickly becoming industry normal when we talk about In-Vehicle Entertainment.

Mahindra has also done away with the 5 seater option and only 6-seater will be made available. However, one can go the route of placing an order for the 5-seater version in case the customer is inclined towards it.

The 6-Seater turns out to be quite practial as the center backrest in the front changes into an armrest (a mighty big one also at that) when not in use for seating passengers.
